Adaptive Growth Leadership is a professional services firm focused on assisting its clients with developing the desired habits of high performing sales organizations. We do this by providing training, coaching, leadership development and strategic consulting, all centered around the sales process.

We work with companies and individuals who are alarmed by their current sales results; concerned with recent prospecting efforts and pipeline details; as well those grappling with ways to improve client engagement and retention.

Our mission is to help clients at different stages of the Business Life Cycle who are seeking a formula for sustainable growth. We strive to completely understand our customer’s business goals while providing the tools and coaching needed to reinforce and ensure the desired results.

Dale I. Favors

Managing Partner

Dale Favors has over 25 years of sales experience primarily focused in the financial markets. He has worked with some of the world’s largest hedge funds, asset managers, corporations and Public Pension Plans, advising them on securities transactions and their usage of financial data and technology. He was most recently Head of a Relationship Management Team for Thompson Reuters’ Financial and Risk Division. Mr. Favors is a seasoned leader and has built an extensive network of relationships across business sectors as a result of working in key positions at Bloomberg LP, Morgan Stanley, Piper Jaffray, Royal Bank of Canada, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and CastleOak Securities.

Mr. Favors graduated from Florida A&M University with an M.B.A. and B.A. in Business Administration and Finance.

Kimberly Lee Minor

Partner

Kimberly Lee Minor is a fashion and retail industry-leading executive with 25 years of experience directing strategy, planning, merchandising, design, product development, sourcing and brand management for some of the top global omni-channel brands. She has managed businesses for firms such as Macy’s, Express, Ann Taylor LOFT, Footlocker, David’s Bridal and Iconix Brand Group. Kimberly is also a recipient of the Ohio Governor’s Small Business Recognition Award for her work involved with launching MSL Collections, LLC.

Most recently, Kimberly served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Merchandising Operations for the Mechandising Home, Gifts, and accessories for Bath & Body Works/White Barn (LBrands). In this role she created a strategy that generated $4b in incremental brand growth, and a product life cycle process that improved on-time delivery by 90%.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, and has completed coursework towards her MBA at Drexel University. She holds a White Belt in Lean Six Sigma and is on track to complete her Black Belt certification.

Ellen Park

Partner

Ellen Park is a partner at Adaptive Growth Leadership. She started her career in the financial industry over 20 years ago as a junior analyst in the office of the COO of Swiss Bank, now known as UBS. Ellen later joined J.P. Morgan as an Associate VP, managing an extensive project to assist the bank with updating its data management and reporting technology.

In 2000, Ellen joined Bloomberg and quickly became an integral part of its TradeBook electronic execution business, and later a member of its Trading Solutions team. Ellen’s depth of technical expertise in trade execution and settlement has led her to some of the industry's top fintech firms, including TradingScreen, Sungard/FIS, and SS&C Technologies. She is respected globally for her thought leadership and strategic approach to front/back-office execution and operational workflows.

Ellen holds BS in Biology from Union College. She is passionate about continuous learning, earning certifications in Game Theory from Stanford University and Project Management from NYU.

Jodi Brockington

Senior Director

In a word, Jodi Brockington is a connector! Jodi is an experienced consultant who has represented, coached and advised thousands of leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals helping them launch, manage and develop their business. Her management consulting background and strong analytical skills have placed her at the forefront of defining strategies and innovative solutions for non-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies in enhancing their diversity and inclusion and corporate social responsibility practices. As an entrepreneur, she has guided non-profits, companies and business leaders to acquire financial and human capital to improve their bottom line.

Previously, Jodi was responsible for developing a pipeline of diverse talent and acquire the most qualified candidates as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion Sourcing for the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC), the premier post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry. From operating facilities and data centers around the world, DTCC automates, centralizes, and standardizes the processing of financial transactions across the trade lifecycle and mitigates risk for thousands of institutions worldwide.

Additionally, she was the Chief Of Staff of Culture Shift Labs, Consultant for National Urban League’s Annual Career Fair, Small Business Matters Pitch Contest Curator and Host. Also, served as a consultant for Operation HOPE, Inc, for the Banking On The Future program and Global Financial Dignity Summit, Director of Fund Development and Corporate Relations for the New York Urban League and the Founding President of New York Urban League Young Professionals. Since 2012, Brockington has produced and hosted the National Urban League Jobs Network’s Digital Career Success Series.

Brockington is one of New York's top llifestyle coaches, and fitness experts. She owns NIARA Consulting, a full-service company that provides complete consulting services for individuals, nonprofits, small businesses, and corporations. She currently serves on the Black Chef Series Cutting Board and Women’s Media Group Board.

She is a graduate of the University of California with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology. She was a New York City Teaching Fellow, National Urban Fellow and received her MSEd in education from Hunter College,, has an MPA in public administration from Baruch College and an MSW from the University of Southern California.

Janesia Fontenot

Senior Consultant

Janesia Fontenot is a Senior Consultant at Adaptive Growth Leadership. She started her recruiting career in 2013 as an undergraduate recruiter for Louisiana State University, where she was based in Baton Rouge and recruited students from New Orleans. She later moved to Washington, D.C. and led recruiting for students in the DMV region. Her work at LSU included educating and advising students and their parents as they began their collegiate journeys.

Fontenot later moved to New York City in 2017 to recruit, advise, and onboard junior bankers for CitiBank on Wall Street. At Citi, Fontenot started as a recruiting senior specialist and was later promoted to assistant vice president/campus recruiter and program manager. In these roles, she recruited college students to Citi's summer internships and full-time programs in Banking, Capital Markets, and Advisory (BCMA). She also helped manage the BCMA summer internship programs and worked on programming to engage, connect, and retain talent. Her portfolio at Citi also included working on DE&I recruiting and early identification initiatives.

Fontenot graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in communications and a minor in sociology. She lives in New York City and Bellport, NY, with her family.

Janice Gonzalez

Senior Director

Janice Gonzalez is a senior investment professional, independent consultant, and bilingual educator with 15+ years of experience.

Prior to taking on the role of independent consulting and educator, Janice led Aon Hewitt's Delegated Public Markets efforts where she leveraged her asset management expertise and relationships with public pension fund decision-makers to design and deliver comprehensive business development strategies and execute direct sales initiatives. Gonzalez, having both large-scale and boutique-size investment firm experience has worked with financial institutions such as TIAA-CREF where she led their Middle Market efforts focusing on aligning institutional clients with tailored investment solutions across asset classes, and Channing Capital Management where she managed multiple responsibilities including direct sales initiatives, client onboarding & retention, investment performance assessments, due diligence, investment policy implementation, contract reviews, and more.

Janice is a graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. She formerly held Series 7 and 63 licenses prior to launching her consulting practice and educational career.
